Lisa Guillot, PCC, is a transformational leadership coach, brand voice coach and founder of Be Bright Lisa. She coaches executives, entrepreneurs and teams within organizations. Lisa speaks about creative leadership and purpose.

Lisa Guillot uses design thinking and leadership coaching to get straight to the heart of what’s getting in the way. Her clients are super clear on what their purpose is and how to create more life fulfillment, thriving careers and businesses.
Lisa is a transformational leadership coach and brand voice coach. She works with individuals and organizations to create life-changing goals with positive results. Her clients consists of executives, creative entrepreneurs, CEO’s and their organizations, in creative and professional service industries that value leadership and personal development.
Lisa is on the Practitioners Council, and is a columnist for the American Marketing Association. She has also served on the board of directors for AIGA Chicago.
In addition to her coaching practice, Be Bright Lisa Coaching, she co-founded Forth Chicago, a creative entrepreneurial community. Lisa is also the founder of Step Brightly, a brand consultancy in Chicago. Lisa has spoken at the American Marketing Association, Nixon Peabody LLP, Soho House, Fearless Paradox, Ladies Who Wine Dine and Design and Columbia College.

Lisa’s branding experience includes working with Crate & Barrel, Paper Source, Pottery Barn Kids, The Gap, and Sephora which has given her the opportunity share deep brand strategy and creative expertise ranging from lifestyle branding to tech-related industries.
Lisa received degrees from the University of San Francisco and the Academy of Art University. She is a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, and is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation.
Lisa has always been a strong advocate for women. She is the mother to three boys and one girl and loves hot yoga, the hotter the better.
