Bright Spots: September

As the saying goes, a picture’s worth a thousand words. These are some bright spots I shared this past month on Instagram with tips, musings, and fun tidbits I think you’ll like. Follow along here.

1.) Starting off my Monday with a little help from the Beastie Boys. This week’s mantra: check your head. #livebrightly

2.) My hubby and kiddos are always excited when I come home from ‘work’ with goodies to share. I tell the kids that I am going to a party with friends and will be back as soon as I can. Love the blend of work and play. I hope they can grow up to create a similar love for what they do to ‘make a living’.

3.) On September 24, 13 women and I manifested our lives, brands and business on purpose, with purpose. It was fun, real, intense and I loved every minute of it. Big thank you to Clare from Flourish Together for being my wing woman and Lauren Ash for being the essence of purpose and intention. This is me in the aftermath of balloons and authentic joy.

4.) Got to visit with the lovely Nimble Well and Sarah Drake Design at their studio when I picked up some delicious rose glasses for my workshop! Thankful for my very colorful friends.

5.) Got these badass mugs for my aforementioned workshop and love starting my day with this message. I also love supporting a positive brand that is doing it on purpose, with purpose.

6.) Johanna Lowe is light, grace, serenity. She is a leader in the food and prop styling industry with a pop of curiosity and provocative wit, as the English do. She and I explored what her next is going to be, and I adored our conversations and transformations. It was as much of a journey for her as it was for me. We did a little Q& A that you can go read right here.
